System compose：

It is composed by the feeding machines, conveyors, sorting machines, auto-control center and steel frameworks. The scientific and reasonable system insures satisfying with design requirements and it has been taken into account that the safety and convenience of workers and maintenance of machines. 

System describe：

    At first, waste will pass auto-weight system and then be sent into feeding room; sheer bottom will push it onto conveyor and then be carried into manual sorting station; the disturbance material ex. Glass, tile, branch, and rope will be sorted out.

It will be separated into two parts after through the sieve drum. The particle less than 80mm will be passed magnetic machine and magnetic roller, sort out metal including bottle cover, batteries automatically and then be sent to relaxation screen. The ash i.e. particles less than 10mm will be landfill and 10~80mm will be transmitted into composting room.

    The particles more than 80mm will be passed magnetic machine to remove the metal. The paper, all kinds of plastic, film are separated by sifting screen and then be classified by manual particularity; rubber, Fe-metal, non-ferrous metal, cardboard, plastic in the residue are also be sorted out by manual.

    Otherwise, the “cycle bag shear ” process is designed to settle the phenomenon of “bag in bag” specially, and the bag will be sheared out absolutely.

    Finally, light material will be pressed, transported and sale.

Sorting effect：

    All the material can be recycled will be separated out ex. Paper, plastic, all kinds of film, glass, wood, rubber, old textile, leather, Fe-metal, non ferrous metal, batteries etc. through the complete system according to the requirements of customers. The sorted rate can extend to more than 90%. At the same time, it can separated out the organic material 10mm and 10~80mm respectively.
